A Global Financial Services firm based in the City is currently looking for a Reward Executive / Reward Manager to join the team on a 6 month basis.

Reporting into the Head of Reward, the Reward Manager role will be focused on the compensation side of Reward. Main responsibilities will include:

Supporting the year end compensation process

Preparing documentation and material for RemCo

Assisting with the development and implementation of initiatives and projects across the Global Reward and the wider HR teams

Work closely with the broader HR team when preparing compensation arrangements

Keep on top of all regulations affecting Asset Management and ensure that they are adhered to

Key requirements:

Previous experience in Financial Services is essential

Sound knowledge of compensation

Comfortable making decisions and operating as part of a small team

Excellent analytical and excel skills

Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
