Were seeking a senior Board Level HR Director to lead a transformation and change programme involving the creation of new executive team, governing structures and strategic OD plan.
Were seeking an experienced HR Director who will need to be highly credible, high energy, positive, driven used to delivering quickly with attention to detail and used to working with very focused and demanding senior execs. You will need to demonstrate successful delivery of projects and programmes and change management within complex public environments. Previous board level experience essential
This role is initially a 6 to 12 months contract and the role is required to start beginning of January 2019.
