HR Business Partner
We’re seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support HR for HR.
Leveraging your functional expertise you will need to build and develop trusted relationships to drive the people strategy for your areas of accountability. With broad HR Business Partner responsibility you will be leading talent management processes, building and deploying engagement programmes, resolving employee relations issues and building the capability of our teams to deliver their agenda
Reporting into the HR Director, Corporate, you will draw upon your experience of delivering proactive HR support and guidance. So do you have what it takes? To succeed you will demonstrate proven generalist experience; performance management, talent management, core process delivery, managing change initiatives, building culture and capability and have experience of working in a fast paced, changing environment with a demanding client group – experience of an FMCG marketplace and first hand of knowledge of supporting a group function would be welcomed.
You will have the ability to quickly assimilate to a new environment and ways of working and an ability to build outstanding relationships with senior leaders and middle managers built on mutual respect and trust. This can be a demanding environment and tenacity and resilience will feature in your toolkit as will high levels of emotional intelligent and experience in dealing with strong and stretching customers and aligning stakeholders with differing views.
