This HRBP role provides the opportunity to work in an influential and varied capacity, during a period of rapid growth and organisational change. Working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, you will collaborate with members of the senior leadership team and Executive members; providing high quality business partnering and generalist HR support to ensure the business continues to attract, develop and retain great people and deliver results.
Effective collaboration with the HR colleagues globally is important to success. You will line manage at least one HR Advisor (with the potential for the team and role to grow as the Group function develops) and work closely with our Centres of Expertise (recruitment, talent and reward), to develop and deliver people strategies that grow the contribution and performance of functional expertise globally.
What you'll have:
- Significant HR partnering experience within a financial function - you will have operated as a HR Business partner looking after professional and challenging client areas.
- Strong change leadership experience - you will have provided frameworks, influence and challenge to senior teams to identify and drive through organisation change strategies in a variety of scenarios.
- Significant past experience of engaging and influencing across senior stakeholders in a global business.
- Experienced at working with speed, pragmatism and professionalism, ideally in an entrepreneurial culture.
As a HRBP you will be highly credible and professional with senior stakeholders, with immediate positive impact. You'll be intellectually agile, quick thinking and articulate and provide the strategic thinking behind HR. You'll be a dab hand at building relationships with stakeholders of all levels and be resilient when you need to be to get things done!
