Your new role
As part of a large and supportive team, you'll provide both remote and face to face ER casework support to a wide range of client groups across London. You will coach and guide managers with all people management related issues including; attendance management, grievances, disciplinaries, probation, poor performance etc. Using your expertise in employment law, you'll manage casework through various escalations and to tribunal stage where required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience working at HR Advisor level, ideally along with a CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards this. It is essential that you can demonstrate sound knowledge of employment law with a passion for employee relations, alongside the ability to confidently articulate policy and legislation to managers and employees.
