HR Business Partner - Northamptonshire - up to £40,000

Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be working with a national business in the recruitment of an HR Business Partner. Reporting into the HR Director, the role will be recruited on an interim basis initially, with a view to going permanent, and will pay up to £40,000.

The Role
The HR Business Partner will support the client group drive through a variety of change initiatives, aligned to the wider business objectives, as well as managing the BAU HR activities. The role will require the stakeholder to get involved at a variety of levels and build relationships with a multitude of stakeholders. The role covers a multitude of sites where the demands and challenges vary so the HR Business Partner can expect to be managing a variety of projects and initiatives across the region.

The HR Business Partner will work with the business to improve leadership capability and coach on best practice HR. The postholder will be an advocate of improvement and champion of culture, which will require a focus on engagement activities and increasing ownership of performance. The HR Business Partner will get involved in escalated ER case management and support more complicated recruitment initiatives whilst supporting organisational change, projects and HR transformation.

The role will work very closely with the management population and directors but will also form part of the growing HR function and, as such, the postholder will be expected to participate in group HR forums and contribute to company wide HR collaboration.

The Person
Our client is looking for someone with broad generalist experience, working with an operational client group. You will be a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner that enjoys an autonomous role and is able to manage a variety of stakeholders. You will have the autonomy to manage your own diary but flexible to meet the demands of the business. You will ideally be CIPD qualified.
