My client are looking for a Reward Manager to lead their team. This is a strategic role focusing on more than just Compensation & Benefits, you'll also contribute to recognition, job evaluation and the wider OD & HR landscape.
A not for profit organisation in Glasgow city centre.
The Reward Manager will lead and develop a team of specialists to set and deliver the compensation & benefits strategy for the organisation. The Reward team contribute to job evaluation, salary review, union negotiations and recognition. In this complex organisation, the reward manager will need to develop strategy and work collaboratively with the wider HR team to enact change.
The Reward Manager will:
- be MCIPD qualified (or equivalent qualifications & experience)
- experience managing a reward function
- have negotiated with trade unions
- participated at RemCo
- proven ability to analyse complex data and provide insights
