Oakleaf Partnership are representing a globally recognised brand recruiting for a global Reward Manager to join their newly created Reward team. Reporting directly into the Head of Reward, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of the international compensation and benefits strategy.

As global Reward Manager you will be working closely with a newly created Reward team managing a team of three. Previous team management experience is desirable but not essential. It is vital the successful candidate has solid stakeholder management experience, with the ability to face off to director level stakeholders with credibility and confidence. You will be responsible for leading the compensation and benefits activities across all local markets, which will involve the management of incentive schemes, development of pay and benefit market data in local markets, as well as ensure the appropriate governance. As the global reward expert, you will also be expected to represent the brand at relevant industry forums both in the UK and oversees. There is also the requirement to manage third party relationships ensuring SLA's are achieves and the benefits offering is reflective of the employee base.
