HR MI Analyst

A Global organisation based in the Colchester area is looking for a full time HR MI Analyst to join their growing team within the HR function.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the development, delivery and maintenance of HR MI to aid in effective business planning and decision making. You will also manage the systems processes an develop reports from the HR systems. An important part of the role is building strong and effective relationships through out the organisation, both nationally and globally.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you will have excellent Excel skills, be an organised and efficient individual and will have knowledge of the Oracle and SAP systems.
What you'll get in return
In return you will get an excellent salary of £25,000 - £30,000, 25 days holiday, life assurance and excellent training opportunities.
