Senior HR Assistant
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading, property investment firm who are looking to recruit a Senior HR Assistant to join the team. Their offices are based in Central London and this will be on a 6 month contract basis initially with the view to be extended/go permanent. This person will be responsible for (but not limited to): Supporting the HR team with the scheduling of interviewsAssisting with the production of contracts and offer letters as requiredLiaising with candidates as required regarding joining arrangementsUndertaking pre-screening checks for new joinersMonitoring probation periods for new joinersAdministering processes for holiday and sickness absence (and other leave)Responding to day-to-day benefits queriesAssisting with reviewing and developing efficient and streamlined HR processesEnsuring processes are GDPR compliant and all monthly payroll data is collated and submittedEnsuring all electronic employee records are complete and accurate and that records and employee filing are maintained and up to date at all timesProcessing HR invoices as requiredMaintaining the HR System to ensure it is up to date at all timesContributing to and supporting the successful delivery of HR projectsWorking in partnership with HR team members providing support where required This person will ideally be/have: Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a HR Assistant/Senior HR Assistant (orequivalent) levelExperience working on employee life cycle, first point of contact on HR policy, HR processes, benefits administrationExperience using an HR systemAdept at working in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience to have been gained working in a commercial organisation, preferably withsome SME experienceOrganised and have good analysis and problem solving abilitiesStrong communication skills and able to work well in a team.
