What will be keeping you busy?

Working as an integral part of the HR team you will be a key point of contact within the department as you liaise between the HR and the organisation. We are looking for someone who is confident in their ability to handle a number of key relationships.  You will need to juggle the business as usual HR duties with input into key projects so you will get good variety in your role here.

Expect to handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, development and engagement activities. This is a good generalist HR role.

There is a very definite focus on employee relations as is often the case with a role or this nature. You will be expected to handle complex ER case work that will cover grievances, disciplinaries, absence and performance management.

Who are we looking for?

As this role has broad scope, we are looking for a career focussed HR specialist with some solid generalist HR experience within an organisation that is of a reasonable order of magnitude.  Absolutely key is that you have solid complex ER experience with strong employment law knowledge.

You will need to be commercial & confident with a tenacity to take ownership of your responsibilities.  You will be a great listener, be able to multi-task and be a great contributor to the team.  A relevant HR qualification is preferred. We would like to see people that are CIPD qualified. You will need to be a hands on person used to working in a fast moving environment.

The more efficient that you are in delivering the day to day tactical HR work, the more time you will have to push on and develop in other areas, getting involved in more senior projects.

Sound good?

Why not send us your CV and if you have time perhaps you provide us with a brief cover note and we can tell you more about this great business.
