My client are currently seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Payroll Officer to join their busy team.
Key responsibilities/duties include:
- End to end processing, high volumes are ESSENTIAL
- Processing 5000-6000 employees on monthly and bi-weekly payrolls
- Inputting new starters & Leavers
- Liaising with clients regarding any pay queries
- Processing all statutory payments including SMP,SSP,TAX & NI
- Managing reconciliations and implementations
- ROI knowledge is desirable
- Outsourced but are moving In-House so this experience is desirable
- Use ADP Freedom, but will be switching to Resourcelink
- Managing the parallel runnings
