Your new role
The Reward Specialist - Job Evaluation will manage the job evaluation process for the organisation ensuring compliance with legislation and internal agreements. The postholder will be the organisation's subject matter expert and train managers as required. The Reward Specialist will develop job evaluation and benchmarking strategies that support equality and support the creation of a high performance culture.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a Reward Specialist with in depth job evaluation experience. Advance Excel and Hay methodology experience is essential. Candidates must be analytical, have clear and concise communication skills and have strong project management skills.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of circa £31,500 plus excellent benefits and holiday allowance
