They are seeking a HR Generalist to advise business units and the leadership team across the organisation on all things HR. This is going to be a genuinely exciting challenge for the right person and really good opportunity to develop your career with a fantastic brand.

Working closely with Leadership and HR, you will lead the international development and delivery of effective HR initiatives, policies, practices and programmes which engage the business’ people. You will work hard to align HR initiatives with the business and people strategies. 

Essentially you will provide an integral, valued and professional service to the organisation whilst working with colleagues who are truly passionate about what they do.

What will be keeping you busy?

This role will partner across Sales, Marketing, revenue, Brand Management, Digital, Communications, Consumer Insights & Global Sales. You will work to translate business strategy into human resources practices that build organisational capability to meet business goals.

This individual will play a key role in defining and operationalising the HR talent work for the business. It is a truly generalist role.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with solid generalist HR experience a track record of business partnering with an emphasis on applying commercially-oriented solutions.

You will be able to deliver effective, impactful and engaging communication and will be someone with great interpersonal and influencing skills with colleagues at all levels.

If you can act on your own initiative and work autonomously whilst taking responsibility for decisions, finding practical solutions in tight time frames then this could be a great job for you.

You will be someone who constantly seeks to improve HR and Operational ways of working, supporting and managing cross functional change management programmes with measured outcomes and milestones.

Up-to-date and in depth knowledge of current and upcoming employment law would be particularly useful.

This is not a siloed role and you will gain exposure at all levels and get to understand the business and what makes it tick. You will have to work hard here but it will be incredibly rewarding – people tend to stay with the business for a long time.
