A Recruitment Advisor role based in Birmingham on a fixed term contract of 12 months
Your new role
The Recruitment Advisor will manage the recruitment of corporate, operational and support vacancies across a mult-sited business. Key responsibilities will include providing resourcing advice and guidance on the resourcing process, managing the end to end recruitment cycle, developing attraction strategies, managing recruitment campaigns, liaising with recruitment suppliers and offer management. The Recruitment Advisor will recruit for both volume campaigns and specialist positions. The role is a fixed term contact for 12 months.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have previous internal recruitment experience from within a large, multi-sited business. You will be able to evidence expertise in the management of the complete recruitment cycle for both volume and specialist recruitment campaigns. You will be able to manage multiple roles at different stages and ensure all of the key timescales are met. You will be professional and have great communication skills.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £27,000 to £30,000 plus excellent benefits
