This Swindon based business urgently seeks an experienced HR Officer / Advisor for 3 months (initially) to provide generalist support, covering a period of significant change.
Reporting into the Head of HR, as the HR Advisor, you will provide a hands-on, pro-active and high-quality HR service to the organisation - Assisting on the full spectrum of HR generalist duties.
Suitable applicants will be available at short notice and fully experienced in supporting; 'life cycle' HR, case management, HR projects and HR systems. This is a hands-on role, working in a small, fast paced environment better suited to someone who is tenacious, flexible and wants to develop their career under the guidance of a very talented HR lead.
