L&D Consultant - Mandatory Training
An exciting opportunity has arisen with my Reading based client for an experienced Learning and Development professional to look after all their mandatory training requirements.
You will ensure all their people have the training they need to deliver the technical expertise, quality and support they're known for. You will be involved in all aspects of learning and development and maintain high levels of compliance across statutory, mandatory and specialised training. You'll collaborate with internal trainers and external providers to ensure all training is recorded effectively, professional approvals are obtained and meet business needs.
This is a role that will see you collaborate with people from all levels of the business and will require you to develop proactive and supportive relationships within L&D, HR and the wider business.
Suitable candidate will ideally have a relevant learning or HR qualification and an impressive track record in a similar role. You'll be a personable self-starter with excellent communication skills, real attention-to-detail and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
