Part-time HR Manager - 4 days per week
Our Peterborough based client has created a new role for a stand-alone HR Manager to lead the design and delivery of an effective HR agenda. The role will input to the senior leadership team ensuring quality recruitment practices, appropriate compensation and benefit structures, best practice performance management processes and effective organisational and people development.
Ideally CIPD qualified with a generalist HR management level background, possibly gained in the voluntary sector, you must demonstrate enthusiasm, self -motivation and a high degree of empathy. An alignment with the ethos, vision and values of the organisation will be essential.
Part-time hours - 4 days per week
