Interim Head of Reward
An Interim Head of Reward is required in Bradford for a 6 month contract to begin as soon as possible.
A large and complex organisation based in Bradford, this business is well known in the local area as a major employer.
As the Interim Head of Reward you will work closely with senior leaders in the business to prepare for a period of significant change across the organisation including a full review of the current compensation and benefits. Managing a small team you will be expected to encourage and develop them in the short term to identify progression routes etc.
The successful Interim Head of Reward will:
- be available on short notice - ESSENTIAL
- have previously worked in a similar reward position - ESSENTIAL
- have REMCO experience - ESSENTIAL
- be a strong written and verbal communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills - ESSENTIAL
- hold a full driving license - DESIRABLE
This is a day rate opportunity based in Bradford, for c6 months paying up to £500 per day.
