As HR Business Partner you will create effective relationships across the HR function to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives, contributing to HR strategic projects as required.

As HR Business Partner you will :

  • Ensure that the organisation is structured in a way that helps achieve business objectives
  • Manage talent effectively
  • Enable business leaders to cultivate an effective leadership pipeline
  • Support the business unit in building an engaged workforce ensuring there are adequate levels of skills, expertise and resource in the function through effective man-power planning, performance management, talent reviews and succession plans
  • Be a trusted advisor and coach to leadership, and play a critical role in enhancing their effectiveness
  • Drive people-related initiatives with your communication, coaching and influencing skills
    Challenge the status quo and continue to develop ideas, benchmarking against best practice and industry standards
  • Work effectively with the HR Shared Service team and the Centres of Expertise
    to deliver a high-value service to the business.


You will:

  • be CIPD qualified
  • have worked as HR Business Partner or generalist experience
  • be experienced in HR disciplines, project management, TUPE/ major organisational change
  • have effective consulting and coaching skills
  • have ability to build and maintain relationships with Senior Leaders
