HR & Recruitment Coordinator
Due to an internal promotion you will join the HR Team in Manchester supporting HR team on a permanent basis and will be responsible for both supporting HR activities as well as resourcing and recruitment support across all business areas including on a national basis.
You will be responsible for undertaking all interview coordination, skills testing on fee earning, issuing all relevant offer letter and contract paperwork. You will administer the onboarding process as well as exit interviews. You will produce absence reports, update employee details and take notes in employee relations meetings. You will provide a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders ensuring clear communication and a consistent point of contact, building strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
