Interim HR BP - Retail - Store portfolio in London - 6 month FTC with view to permanent circa £40,000 - £45,000 pro rata

Your new role
As an Interim HR BP you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of stores in London and supporting Store Managers with a generalist HR remit. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective HR practices as well as developing people plans for the business.You will use business results and HR data to identify trends and develop solutions as well as managing complex ER cases.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent with experience of operating as an HR Business Partner within a multi site retail business. You will have proven experience of engaging and influencing at a senior level as well as experience of managing a high volume of complex ER casework. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 6 month FTC.
