You will be working for one of the UK's leading service sector providers, working within their state of the art offices in Solihull.
Your new role
The HR Business Analyst will provide senior level support to the HR function through the collation and analysis of HR management information. The HR Business Analyst will partner HR transformation projects to support change management programmes and HR system integration. The post holder will produce process maps, support system modelling and identify any HR system risk areas. The role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a HR Analyst or HR Systems Manager with strong experience of HR data analysis, HR system integration and project management. It is important that you are well organised, have strong communication skills and have superb stakeholder relationship skills.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits. This is an exciting HR Business Analyst role and will be an integral part of a large and high profile HR transformation programme.
