The HR Systems Specialist will be instrumental in the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System and Core HR System for the business, revolutionising the service the HR function can deliver for the organisation

Our client is a well-known Not for Profit Organisation based in Central London

Description

The HR Systems Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Implementing a new Applicant Tracking System, working with the Head of Resourcing and wider recruitment/HR team

  • Managing a full tender process for a new Learning Management System and Core HR System, working with the wider HR team, Procurement colleagues and business leaders to find the best solution for the organisation

  • Reviewing the current HR/LMS/ATS provision for the business and putting a project plan together to transfer data from existing systems

  • Managing relationships with external providers throughout the tendering and implementation process

Profile

We're looking for an HR Systems Project Manager with the following capabilities:

  • Experience of having project-managed a tendering, procurement and implementation of an ATS, LMS and Core HR system

  • Strong experience of managing/revamping a range of HR systems

  • Excellent knowledge of mapping HR processes and workflows

  • Strong project management and human resources background

Job Offer

12 Month FTC, salary up to £65k dependant on experience
