It is imperative that you have US employment law knowledge specifically experience of reward and benefits.
Duties shall include:
-Keeping an eye on the recruitment partnership agreements and ensuring SLAs are adhered to. Also managing the recruitment process in general and the relationship between the managers and the recruitment partner
-Overseeing the on boarding process and ensuring relevant documentation is checked/obtained
-Making sure that exit interviews are carried out and producing reports from these for management
-Monitoring the provision of employee benefits in both the UK and US (experience of US benefits is a necessity)
-Coordinating the Company's Annual Appraisal
-Maintaining the HR system and making sure that the system is kept up to date
-Acting as first point of contact for employee relations matters
-Identifying areas of improvement in regards to employee engagement
-Maintaining/reviewing/updating HR policies and procedures
