UK (location flexible)

A leading FMCG business with an unrivalled reputation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to provide a complete end-to-end service to the business around all aspects of Talent Acquisition.

With the business being hugely successful and having grown to become one of Europe's leading names, a point in their evolution has now been reached where a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager is required to take complete ownership of all Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

As this is a newly created position, you will be expected to remove Talent Acquisition and Recruitment issues from site based HR professionals, and as such, become the subject matter expert within the business.

Working at sites throughout the UK you will be ensure that high calibre candidates are introduced to the business in order to satisfy their needs. With this in mind you will need to be creative in terms of recruiting staff in to the business, and as such, you will be expected to travel throughout Europe on a regular basis in order to drive and manage recruitment campaigns, manage visa applications/work permit applications, and be knowledgeable about how best to identity, attract and retain the best available talent.

To be considered for this role you will:

Be a truly capable and highly experienced Talent Acquisition professional;
Be happy to get involved in both operational and strategic issues;
Have had experience in managing the recruitment of European nationals in to the UK;
Be able to travel throughout Europe and the UK on a regular basis];
Live close to an airport.
