An award winning, global financial services business, that has a strong employee centric culture and enjoys consistent 'double digit' growth, is now looking to recruit an HRIS specialist to lead their function and help with the global adoption of their HRIS (Workday). As a result, the business is keen to meet candidates who have strong HR/IT System implementation and UAT testing experience gained from a similar industry who can add to the strategic vision and operational functionality of their HRIS. This will cover both the end user experience, coaching the HR Team through system developments and sharing technical knowledge of trends across the HRIS landscape (a global awareness of HR systems is desired). Other duties will be to manage the comprehensive and professional HR service to the global HR teams, liaise with key stakeholders to drive business change including driving their Workday mobile site and manage the service performance of the system. You will provide project management support for the selection of new vendors, assessing the design, build and performance of new systems. There are on-going projects that you will plug into to manage and drive automation and enhance data flow, improve accuracy and system integration.
