A large Housing Association based in Central London are looking for a experienced HR Assistant to join the organisation on a fixed term from January 2019 for a 3 month period. The organisation recently merged with another Housing Association therefore support is required during this busy time of change.The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR team and will be assigned to specific projects lead by a Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor. The HR Assistant role will be busy and varied therefore previous experience as a HR Assistant will be required. The role will be administrative lead but also supporting initial stages of ER casework.The organisation has recently gone through a period of change, merging with a similar organisation to make a single, stronger Housing Association the to the local community.
