Hr Business Partner
A world renowned membership body are looking for a well-rounded and experienced HR Business Partner to work as part of a small collaborative team. Key stakeholders will span from middle management to head of departments.
The role reports to the head of HR. The main accountabilities will include:
*Business Partnering with specific departments of the organisation,
*Advising on employee relations issues - ensuring that best practice, legal compliance and policies and procedures are adhered to at all times, this will involve partnering with internal legal counsel and external employment lawyers
*Leading on yearly salary review process for specific departments; following the annual Remuneration Committee
*Leading on designated recruitment campaigns, ensuring a well-structured and planned process. Ensure value for money recruitment advertising (web-based) and recruitment agency liaison (if appropriate).
*Proactively handle day-to-day operational aspects but also contribute at the strategic level.
*Lead on optimum use of social media for the HR team
Skills and Experience
*Experience working in a process driven and commercial environment
*Experience and interest in salary reviews
*Experience of talent acquisition
*Excellent analytical skills
*Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
*Can be direct as well as diplomatic; gives honest and regular feedback
What's on offer?
This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity paying £35,000 - £42,500 with potential to go permanent.
