Our NHS client is recruiting for 2 Resourcing Advisor's in their growing HR and Recruitment team. This is a temporary position for 4 months paying a band 5 salary to start immediately.
Your new role
Reporting to the Resourcing Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a variety of vacancies based in the Employee Resourcing Centre. You will be recruiting for front-line Operational directorate, emergency contact centre and various corporate roles at different levels.
You will be controlling high volume recruitment campaigns, produce offer letters, administer CRB checks at the appropriate level, attend on/off site meetings as necessary and draft interview questions and assist with interviews.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will need to have experience of high volume recruitment, knowledge of HR systems with a CIPD qualification.
