We are looking for a Reward and Incentive specialist to deliver a large scale sales incentive scheme working to tight deadlines for an internation organisation. You will ideally come from a Reward Manager, Reward Consultant or Head of Reward post and have an understanding of the Financial Services sector in order to quickly get to grips with establishing the correct governance frameworks.
This is a highly challenging role with a broad range of key stakeholders and requires someone ready to hit the ground running in this world. We are looking for candidates who can start in the next few weeks and interviews are being booked for next week.
