Senior Compensation Specialist
Our client, a FTSE Tech organisation, is looking for a Senior Compensation Specialist to provide compensation insight and delivery across the entire organisation.
Managing a team of 5 Reward Analysts, the role will be responsible for using benchmarking data and analytics to recommend policy and practice, whilst designing and implementing reward solutions to drive the right outcomes for the business. Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and governing processes and systems to deliver pay reviews and pay programmes
- Project managing pay reviews and other pay related projects
- Conducting benchmarking to bring external insights into the Reward Centre of Excellence
- Providing analytics in support of pay programme design
- Optimising relationships with key stakeholders across the HR and the Centres of Excellence, as well as other Corporate Functions
To be successful you will have deep expertise in reward principles and programmes, benchmarking techniques and HR processes. Strong experience in both Project Management and Stakeholder Management as well as man management is also key.
