A growing financial services organisation with a good reputation in the marketplace are seeking and Learning and Development Consultant on a permanent basis in the outskirts of Chelmsford. Your new role
As Learning and Development Consultant, you will work along a team of individuals responsible for the training and development for the staff across the organisation. You will equip staff with all the skills to do their job to their full potential, this will involve induction training and up skills training. You will be involved in training needs analysis and works with stakeholders to build relationships and look for gaps.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job you will have strong Learning and Development / Training experience. You will have performed face to face training programmes and be comfortable talking in front of groups. You will have strong communication skills. This client is open to industry background.
What you'll get in return
