An Assistant Payroll Manager is being recruited for a public sector organisation in Kent. This is an incredibly high profile position within the business.
As Assistant Payroll Manager, successful candidates will be responsible for: ensuring that multiple payrolls are processed and paid on time. The Assistant Payroll Manager will ensure that all statutory payments are made and reported according to all HMRC legislation. Administer multiple pension schemes and resolve any associated queries.
You will jointly manage the payroll team carrying out appraisals, disciplinaries, identifying areas of training and development, recruiting new team members & distributing workloads.
