The job of head of HR is a newly created role to work in partnership with the business to create a robust people strategy to enable growth and culture development as well as manage and develop a small operational HR team.

There is a basic HR infrastructure in place, but this role would bring a more senior level of expertise around Inclusivity, talent attraction and development, culture development, employer proposition and social media presence and also social purpose.

There is a lot to achieve here and a very nice growth trajectory to be part of, so you'd have huge exposure to the executive team and supporting them to meet their business plan.

This job would suit a superb senior HR Business Partner who would like to come away form a large corporate organisation and work as a number one in a small company. It would equally suit a seasoned HR Director who is energised about growth and working with an innovative business.

The job is permanent and part time and likely to be 2-3 days per week. It is office based just outside of Brighton. FTE salary will range from £50K to £100K depending on experience and current/past salary.

The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
