Your new role
Working within the Learning & Development team, this position will require you to design, lead and manage significant L&D initiatives, thus you must be proficient in the development and delivery of learning solutions.
You will be supporting the L&D policy and engaging with HR and key stakeholders in order to enforce and manage the process. Your role will include the delivery of effective training plans across the business and acting as a principal point of contact for L&D disciplines.
What you'll need to succeed
A CIPD membership (working towards or equivalent) is a requirement for this role. You will have the ability to develop relationships with all of your key stakeholders as well as having a demonstrable experience in working in a fast paced environment.
In addition to having an extensive training & development background, you will have an understanding of business targets and learning and development activities. A strong business acumen and strong influencing & coaching skills are a given.
