Head of Performance, Culture and Engagement
Managing a team of 5 within the Talent Centre of Excellence, this role will be responsible for the organisations response to performance, culture and engagements, creating fit for purpose and scalable plans that deliver tangible and measurable organisational benefits. Responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of performance, culture & engagement strategy/ continuous improvement proposals and operational delivery plan across the organisation
- Accountable for management information, insights, central planning processes etc.
- Driving performance, culture and engagement programmes aligned to strategic business priorities, ensuring high impact outcomes and measuring effectiveness
- Managing key stakeholders up to Exco level
This role has high visibility and requires someone with the credibility and the ability to influence at the top table of this FTSE organisation. We are open to a strong strategic HR business partner with a demonstrable passion for performance or a thought leader and subject matter expert in performance / culture & engagement.
