Interim Reward Consultant
An Interim Reward Consultant is required by this leading Bristol based organisation for a period of c6 months. You will initially scope out, report and standardise a range of sales incentive and reward schemes following the merger of 3 larger businesses. Following this you will support the broader reward aspects of the merger to standardise policy and practices across the Group. You will be liaising closely with the Head of Reward and senior stakeholders within the business. This exciting period follows the expansion of the group at a global level and will also support a number of international projects for the European division (based in Bristol)
You will have experience working within complex, large organisations and have significant experience dealing with reward for the senior leadership and management grade colleagues and creating/embedding reward policy in this area.
