HR Internal Recruiter (FMCG)
This role is a permanent HR recruitment position assisting the current HR team with recruitment and the relevant HR/recruitment administration. The role is full time, and working within a team.
My client are an FMCG business based near the Bexleyheath area.
- Manage the relationship with agencies
- Updating the company website with job adverts and posting to various job boards
- Calling and vetting prospective candidates
- Shortlisting candidates for job role
- Arranging and carrying out the interviewing process
* You will ideally have previous experience working in a blue collar background such as construction, manufacturing, FMCG etc.
* Knowledge of HR legislation is highly desirable
* Previous experience managing the recruitment process is essential
* You will ideally be proficient in interviewing candidates over the telephone and face-to-face.
* You will be able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
* HR Administration knowledge is highly desirable
- £14-£16 per hour basic salary
- Parking available on site
