Working for this global Asset Management firm, there is a need to recruit a high calibre HR Advisor as they look to build out their HR organisation.
With a robust people strategy implemented to support continued growth and international expansion, you will work collaboratively with the Head of HR on the ongoing development of the function. You will also be an active and influential member of the HR team, closely involved in developing capability and supporting the business across the whole employee lifecycle. Key areas include building capability and career pathways, succession and global mobility.
To excel, you will have a proven generalist HR track record within fast changing, agile SME financial services environment.
The role demands a commercial HR generalist with excellent client relationships skills as well as the ability and confidence to work independently and as part of a small HR team. You will also understand the commercial business drivers and the potential impact of any HR activity and be able to provide demonstrable value add evidence and measurable ROI.
You'll ideally offer some European or international (Singapore, Hong Kong, North America) HR experience and in return you will receive excellent opportunities to deepen your technical competence in organisational change and talent management and have succession into more senior HR positions as the firm continues to grow.
