HR Benefits Assistant- 6 month contract - Global company in Central London
Your new company
A global logistics company with head offices in Central London are currently recruiting for a HR Benefits Assistant for a 6 month maternity cover.
Your new role
You will report into the HRBP and be the Superuser for the HR system. A main project you will be involved in will be the preparation for the salary review process. You will create reports from the HRIS which contain salary and line management details. You will collate data centrally and also support on RemCo submissions.
You will provide ad hoc reporting from the system, as well as training new users.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have some experience working in either a HR reporting or reward position previously and ideally have been through a salary review process. If not you will be a superuser of a HR system and enjoy the systems aspect of HR.
