Your new role

As HR Advisor you will take on a Generalist HR job role, supporting the Head of HR and HR Business Partners for the multi site UK business. While initially focusing on Er work, providing advice and support to Managers, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of very interesting projects within Recruitment, Business Strategy and many more. You will gain exposure to senior members of the business and external stakeholders and will have the opportunity to broaden your HR career within the team.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong HR Advisory experience ideally within a Logistics or Manufacturing environment is required. Experience within employee relations is essential, having supported Managers with advice covering various employment matters.
