Senior HR Assistant
As the Senior HR Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the Head of HR with strategic projects, overseeing and assisting the HR Assistant and managing and overseeing the payroll process across the company.
Our client are a fast paced, forward thinking trading firm who pride themselves on their employee engagement and low staff turnover.
This person will be responsible for overseeing the on-boarding process and completing first day inductions, managing and owning the payroll process across the business globally for 150 employee's, managing the probation review process, managing the maternity and paternity process and helping the Head of HR execute strategic HR projects.
The ideal candidate will have prior HR administration experience, ideally 1.5 years +, a corporate sector background and a professional nature. Payroll experience - global would be desirable. An excellent work ethic and an ability to manage a junior member of the team.
