Operating as a true recruitment business partner, you will be establishing extremely strong stakeholder relationships and driving the firm's recruitment strategy.
Experience of both agency and in-house recruitment is highly desirable. Team management skills, alongside a supportive and nurturing approach, would also be beneficial. The business prides themselves on delivering in-house recruitment 'best practice' so evidence of understanding this is crucial. Professional services experience is desirable, however other sectors will be considered.
