HR Data & Reporting Manager

A Global organisation based in the Colchester area is looking for a full time HR Data & Reporting Manager to join their growing team within the HR function.
Your new role
As the HR Data & Reporting Manager you will play a key role within the Global HR Service Centre to manage. maintain and define new strategies to ensure HR data governance across the global HR systems. You will closely partner with the organisations leaders ensuring a comprehensive reporting and analytics service. In this role you will also lead, mentor and develop the HR MI Analysts.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you will have a deep knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Expert knowledge of reporting solutions, business intelligence tools and technologies. You will also have a sound understanding of contemporary HR practices, HR best practice and knowledge of employment legislation.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an excellent salary of £53,000 - £58,000 plus 10% bonus, competitive holiday allowance and excellent additional benefits.
