Our client has experienced rapid growth in the past 5 years and are looking for an innovative HR professional to join their team in Lincoln to cover maternity for the next 10 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual who is confident in supporting and advising senior management. This would suit someone who is looking for an opportunity to develop and progress their HR career, who enjoys challenging business processes and operational managers and likes pace and complexity.
This is a booming business with a real focus on continuous improvement and encouraging innovation, so our client is looking for someone who is wanting to take that next step - possibly someone at a Senior HR Advisor/ Officer level.
This is a full generalist role including:
·Delivering on key HR projects
·Delivering cost effective and innovative recruitment solutions
·Contributing to the execution of key business objectives in line with company and HR strategy
·Promoting a culture of ownership and performance improvement
·Coaching and training people managers
·Advising and supporting managers on ER issues
·Travel is essential in this role - as you will be required to travel to London at least once a month

·Be both proactive and reactive
·Have the ability to simplify complex problems, processes and projects
