Ashley Kate currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager who is looking for their next permanent HR opportunity.

This role with a bespoke manufacturing SME organisation, who support some of the biggest names in retail, will include full generalist HR support to a small team along with office management duties.

About you:

You will be an experienced HR professional who is looking for autonomy in a stand-alone HR Management role. You must be an independent worker with the ability to learn and be flexible around the needs of the business.
You must be highly knowledgeable about employment law and relevant legislations but also happy to manage the office and 'muck in' covering ad hoc tasks such as outsourcing cleaning contractor and general office maintenance.
CIPD qualification is desirable.


About the role:
You will be overseeing a small headcount consisting of office and factory staff.

As HR Manager you will:

  • Deliver a practical, hands-on HR support function to the business
  • Ensure company compliance with current employment law, relevant legislation and best practice
  • Manage and advise on all employee relations related activity
  • Management of the full 360 recruitment process
  • Assist accounts with weekly and monthly payrolls
