Payroll and HR Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll & HR Advisor to join a fast paced business in Buckingham on a permanent basis. The Payroll & HR Advisor delivers a proactive and flexible Payroll service and provides ad-hoc HR support to all employees, whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all Company procedures, policies and employment legislation.
My client is looking for someone how has proven experience running full service weekly and monthly payroll for a similar sized commercial business (c400 employees) - experience using Miracle Pay would be an advantage. Ideally you will also have some exposure to other areas of HR in order to support ad-hoc activities such as offers of employment and monitoring sickness/absence.
Suitable candidates should also be competent with Microsoft Word and Excel etc and have strong communication skills. You will have strong attention to detail and be focused on continuous improvement and challenging current systems and processes.
