Senior/ Lead HR Business Partner

A Senior HR Business Partner is needed to support the HR Director in further defining and driving forward the HR Operating Model.
You will have strong experience in true business partner roles, and will enjoy supporting business area leaders with OD and transformation projects.
You will have experience supporting large , fast paced sectors. You will manage HR functions supporting 4000+ geographically dispersed employees in front line roles (potentially retail, fmcg, service sector)
You will own your own people agendas and plans and have accountability and autonomy to really make a difference within the organisation.
You will be able to flex between high level strategic planning and supporting your teams deliver strong, progressive.
You will naturally come from a fast paced, customer centric background, where you have developed genuine HR best practice.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to influence. The ability to operate as a strong internal partner, coaching and developing the capability of your key business leaders is critical.
Key areas of delivery will include:
Leadership capability and behaviour.
Creating a high performing culture.
Building key stake holder relationships.
Quality hiring in conjunction with the Head of Talent Acquisition.
A true HR Business Partner or even an existing Head of HR you will show evidence of building high performing functions, developing talent and ensuring the commercial requirements of the business dove tail with the overall people strategy.
