A leading services provider is seeking a highly capable Senior HR Advisor to join for a period of 12 – 18 months.

Working within this incredibly fast paced Unionised environment you will be responsible for providing a specific ER service to a diverse internal customer base consisting of c800 employees. Acting as a first point of contact you will be an expert around all aspects of Employee Relations, provide guidance, advice and information to management and employees across the business on HR policies and procedures in relation to Employee lifecycle issues.

To be considered for this role you will have
Proactively managed complex employee relations cases in a large scale blue collar unionised environment
Coached, guided and trained managers on policy, procedure and best practice
A track record of working in a fast-paced and diverse environment
An understanding of HR processes and key HR ‘levers' with multiple terms and conditions

You will be a commercially minded HR professional who will be able to deliver in line with strict timescales. You must be happy to get your hand dirty when needed, not afraid to challenge/be challenged by staff, and look to deliver an exceptional level of service.
